The AHCA CareForce Leadership Academy is a six-part program where CNAs/Caregivers receive continuing education, develop leadership skills, and become stronger resident advocates. They increase their clinical and regulatory knowledge, learn to improve their work with peers and managers, and become more informed about operations.

CNAs/Caregivers from all AHCA member facilities are encouraged to apply. Eighteen applicants will be selected to go through this complimentary program. Each program day will include 3 hours of education and networking. Selected leaders cannot miss more than one program day to complete the Academy and receive a certificate. There is no fee to participate in this program. Centers who have a CNA/Caregiver participate in the academy will gain a positive leader on their frontline. This is a great chance to recognize and reward your top performers.
