Facilities are facing some trying times with 2567s and a possible Denial of Payment for New Admissions (DPNA) and unexpected Harm Level citations. Would you like to know what steps you can take to help decrease the adverse effects of these situations?

Please join us as we review the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process; when facilities can use it to dispute scope and severity levels and how it can be used to dispute inaccurate findings in citations.

We will also review how facilities can use the findings from their exit conference to start their Plan of Corrections (POCs) prior to receiving the 2567 to enable facilities to be put back into compliance as soon as possible.
