This seminar will provide skilled nursing and assisted living nurses with the ability to develop their new skills as leaders and managers. The curriculum includes important information for both experienced and new nurse leaders, as well as future nurse leaders. Speakers and attendees will discuss important topics including delegation, teamwork, staff retention, leadership, and staff development to better prepare for roles in nursing leadership positions. This is a great opportunity to educate nursing staff who have been promoted without the opportunity to have formal leadership and management development.
