Brett’s health care career began in 2001 as an operational analyst for a skilled nursing management company. He progressed from an analyst to regional manager overseeing day-to-day financial operations of 14 skilled nursing facilities in Minnesota and Kansas. In 2007 Brett left his position as regional manager and founded Meridian Rehab Services Corp., a rehab therapy provider specializing in geriatric therapy. For five years, he oversaw all financial and clinical operations as well as all growth associated with Meridian. In 2013, Brett organized the acquisition of six skilled nursing facilities in Arizona and serves as CEO and President of Haven Health Group and its subsidiaries, handling all day-to-day functions as well as overseeing future acquisitions. Haven is the largest rural SNF operator in the state and currently operates 19 SNF and 3 ALF in Arizona. This is Brett’s fourth term on the AHCA Board of Directors.
