Nurse Leadership Academy
This leadership program is available to nurses in AHCA member facilities (AL and SNF). Six classes throughout the year culminating with the 2025 AHCA Convention and Expo will focus on leadership. Each program day or Academy session will include 6 hours of education and networking, as led by AHCA’s Jeff Barrett. Selected leaders cannot miss more than one program day to complete the Academy and receive a certificate.
CNA/Caregiver CareForce Academy
CNAs and Caregivers will receive continuing education, develop leadership skills, and become stronger resident advocates over this six-part program. They increase their clinical and regulatory knowledge, learn to improve their work with peers and managers and become more informed about operations.
Arizona Healthcare Executive Leaders Program
Throughout this six-part program, participants will have the opportunity to hear from AHCA CEO Mark Parkinson, past AHCA NCAL Future Leaders, as well as network through a variety of activities, including Lobby Day events and a class graduation. This program is open to upcoming/emerging leaders in AHCA facilities (not just Administrators and/or Executive Directors), as well as one Business Affiliate Member.
