Representative at Large
Tony is a proud partner in Bandera Healthcare where he has served in multiple roles over the past 6 years. As a clinician he has had the opportunity to directly impact the lives of his residents and staff. Starting as a floor nurse in the LTC arena in 2015, he has held most clinical positions from Unit Manager, Case Manager all the way to the Director of Nursing services at Estrella Health and Rehabilitation.
His passion for learning led him to help create a leadership training class to develop the next generation of Nursing Home leaders. He currently serves on the AZHCA convention and policy committees and was recently honored as the 2023 Nurse of the year.
