Cathy Williams

President

Cathy grew up with both parents as Long-Term Care and Independent Owners of Winslow Campus of Care founded in 1976. Cathy is the second-generation owner and operators of Winslow Campus of Care. Over the years, Cathy served on the Arizona Health Care Association Board of Directors as the first Vice President and then President (the second woman to hold this position). Cathy also served on the Arizona NCIA Board then later became President of the Arizona NCIA Board, where she continues to serve as a reviewer. Cathy is a current member of the American Health Care Association Independent Owner Council. Being a part of professional associations and serving on various committees through the years has given her an opportunity to be a part of the growth and structure that we are today. Cathy’s true passion has been serving on the AHCA Foundation and being a part of the Live A Dream and Scholarship programs. Cathy enjoys fund raising, ticket sales, and silent auctions to raise money for future distributions; having a goal to set the bar a little higher every year!
