Director of Education and Grant Management

Krysten Dobson

Krysten Dobson has a lifetime of aging services experience. She grew up in the profession and now represents the voice of long term care through the Arizona Health Care Association. Krysten serves as AHCA’s Director of Education and Grant Management and the Executive Director of the Arizona Health Care Foundation, the Association’s philanthropic arm.

In her role, she develops  impactful education programs statewide, including professional forums, webinars, workshops, and AHCA’s annual Convention & Expo. Krysten oversees the Disaster Ready grant funded program and drives program design, reporting, and accountability to ensure meaningful outcomes for providers and residents.

She also guides key Association initiatives including the Arizona Health Care Foundation, membership engagement and retention efforts, advocacy and public awareness campaigns, and AHCA’s social media presence. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science and Business, Krysten is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing quality care and strengthening the future of long term care in Arizona.
