Nigel Santiago is the CEO of Boswell Transitional Care of Cascadia. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Nigel has worked in long-term care for eighteen years as a Marketing Director, Assistant Administrator, Administrator, Sr. Vice President, and Partner. As an Administrator, he led teams to advance facilities from 1 Star to 5 Star Medicare facilities. Nigel has served on the Arizona AIT Program Advisory Committee for 14 years. He graduated from AHCA’s Future Leader Program, Class of 2019, and currently serves as Chair, on the Arizona Health Care Association’s Public Policy Committee, advocating for the profession he loves. In addition to being a board member in Arizona, Nigel serves as a board member of the American Health Care Association.
