Region 3 Director
Kristen Ott is the Chief Executive Officer for Creative Care, Inc., a management company that operates three skilled nursing facilities in Mohave County Arizona. In 2006, shortly after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration, Kristen began her career in healthcare. Moving back to her hometown of Kingman, Arizona, Kristen Ott completed her Administrator in Training program in 2011 at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. In 2012 Kristen became an Assistant Administrator at The Lingenfelter Center for Alzheimer’s Care and in 2013 she became the Administrator. In 2015, Kristen was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of Creative Care, Inc. and in 2018 promoted to Chief Executive Officer in which she still serves. Kristen Ott has served on the Political Action Committee and the Workforce Committee for AHCA and is honored to serve a third term as the Region 3 Director on the AHCA Board.
