Kris is the Founder & CEO of Avista Senior Living, an owner/operator of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities, with a current portfolio of 29 communities in Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Center for Assisted Living (“NCAL”) and the Operator Advisory Board for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (“NIC”). In addition, Kris has served as Board Member for UMOM New Day Centers (Arizona’s largest homeless shelter for families), and as the Chairman of the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board for the City of Mesa.
