Course Description:
Leadership is not what you do to people, it is what you do with people. This session will focus on critical leadership lessons for how to be successful in coaching staff, holding staff accountable, and building strong teams that effectively achieve facility goals and focus on the facility mission. Strategies for effective team meetings will be discussed as well as examples of team building exercises that can be fun as well as educational.

- 15 min.: Review of strategies for successful staff coaching and accountability
