Course Description:
As facilities are no longer able to postpone getting “survey ready” until just before the facility window opens, it is increasingly critical that survey readiness become a daily task. This session will focus on Survey Readiness: Key components for being survey ready every day; tools and resources for survey readiness; staff training priorities; and health inspection implementation strategies with case examples.

- 15 minutes: Key components for survey readiness.
- 15 minutes: Survey readiness tool resources.
- 15 minutes: Staff training objectives for daily survey readiness.
- 10 minutes: Tips and Strategies for implementation of survey readiness.
- 5 minutes: Questions and Answers
