Course Description:
This is the first of two PDPM-focused sessions that will provide an in-depth review of the reimbursement model. Attendees will receive a refresher on the PT, OT, and SLP components (with Nursing and NTA components to follow in session 2) and become better prepared to ensure MDS and ICD.10 coding accuracy. This session will emphasize understanding the payment model, its impact on interdisciplinary team operations, and strategies for success.

Course Content
- 20 min: Review the PT and OT components of PDPM
- 20 min: Review the SLP component of PDPM
- 15 min: Accurate ICD.10 coding considerations
- 5 min: Closing comments and Q&A
