- The Nursing Home Incident Command System (NHICS) is a method of organizing and coordinating emergency efforts in the long term care community.
- The NHICS training is followed by a Table Top Exercise that allows participants to apply the tools and terminologies presented.
- It’s recommended to send at least two people from your building and bring your plans to review/practice your building’s plans.
