The intent of this training is to strengthen the skill set of frontline staff in emergency preparedness. This training will go over the basic components of the Nursing Home Incident Command System (NHICS), understanding hazard vulnerability, resident tracking, evacuation vs. shelter in place and the regulatory requirements of emergency preparedness.

Target Audience: Certified Nursing Assistants, Caregivers, Frontline Staff.
