AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program Webinars

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program offers a pathway for providers of long term care services to journey towards performance excellence. The awards criteria are based on the core values of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and have three progressive levels: Bronze, Commitment to Quality; Silver, Achievement in Quality; and Gold, Excellence in Quality. The Arizona Health Care Association is hosting three webinars based on the three tiers of the program. Each webinar will provide an overview of the requirements and application process, clarify concepts, discuss available resources, and answer questions. Select which level is applicable (must start with bronze and work up to gold) and join the complimentary webinar to learn more about why it is worth your time to apply for a Quality Award.

The intent to apply is due November 8, 2018. This is not required for the application but it will reduce the cost of the final application, which is due January 31, 2019.
