Director of Workforce Development
Jeff joined the Arizona Health Care Association in April 2022 as the Director of Workforce Development. Jeff has 35 years of experience as an NHA in multiple long term care settings and is a retired RN as well as with over 40 years of experience. During his career, he has served as a corporate director of training and development, responsible for 122 skilled nursing facilities in 12 states. Two of his passions are behavioral health and creating authentic cultures that allow for radical hospitality at every level of the long-term care continuum for the team, residents, and other stakeholders. In his role at AHCA he is responsible for the AHCA WORKS (Workforce, Outreach, Retention are Keys to Success) grant program.
