Director of Finance and Operations
Frank joined the Arizona Health Care Association on January 2, 2019, as the Director of Finance and Operations. He has served in the health care field in both post-acute/long-term care and acute care since the 1980s, in various roles including SNF accounting, SNF Administrator, Critical Access Hospital Executive roles (CFO, COO, CEO), and most recently in the role of Senior Director of Post-Acute Services. In this role, Frank recruited Medical Directors, collaborated with existing Medical Directors, served in a Physician Liaison role, developed relationships with hospitals and insurance companies, and engaged with ACOs or other alternative payment project partners.
Frank is a licensed nursing home administrator. He serves on the Board of Directors of AMSAF (Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation). Additionally, in his personal time, Frank is an MSF Rider Coach (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) with TEAM Arizona, and he participates in various motorcycle demonstrations and group rides.
