Smitty Hartley serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at PACS, overseeing the Arizona market. He manages seven skilled nursing facilities across the state, collaborating closely with facility administrators and management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and compliance with regulatory standards. Smitty earned his BS in Finance and Economics from Utah State University in 2012. Before joining PACS, he owned and operated an energy company for a decade. In 2021, Smitty began his tenure with PACS as a facility administrator in California. He relocated with his family to Arizona in August 2024, where he continues to drive operational excellence.
