Nancy Butner serves as the Divisional Vice President at Life Care Centers of America, overseeing eight skilled nursing facilities in Arizona. With more than 25 years of experience in the senior care industry, she is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of both her leadership teams and the patients they serve.
Nancy is passionate about staff recruitment and retention, leadership development, customer service, and operational performance. She is a strong advocate for her teams and values building proactive, collaborative relationships with state surveyors.
Prior to her divisional role, Nancy served as Executive Director at Life Care Center of Kirkland for 15 years and has spent the last eight years in regional and divisional leadership. During her career with Life Care, she earned both the Silver Quality Award and the President’s Award.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration.
