Melissa Forte is the Executive Director of Verde Valley Assisted Living with more than 15 years of healthcare experience in assisted living and skilled nursing communities. Her expertise includes operations, marketing, staff development, memory care, and census growth strategies. Melissa has served on AHCA committees for over five years and has helped lead a previous Baldrige Award-recognized community. She is passionate about advancing quality senior care, leadership development, and education within long-term care. Melissa seeks to continue influencing positive change in the industry through leadership collaboration and advocacy related to state regulations affecting senior living communities.
