Region 3 Director
Heather is an Arizona native and began her career in long term care in 2005, found her passion, and has spent the rest of her career at the same facility – Haven Health Prescott. She has served in many different capacities including Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, and Director of Nursing. She completed an Administrator in Training Program, and became a licensed nursing home administrator in 2015 and has been the Executive Director at Haven Health Prescott since that time. This is Heather’s second time serving on the board, Region 3 Representative, Arizona Health Care Association She spent four years serving as Chairperson, Arizona Health Care Association Quality and Regulatory Committee, directed and lead the Arizona Healthcare Executive Leadership Program 2020-2021, received McKnight’s “Women of Distinction Rising Star” Award 2020, AHCA/NCAL Graduate of Future Leaders 2019 and is the recipient of the 2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators.
