Doris Page is the VP of Customer Care & Corporate Compliance for Pharmcare USA, a Long-Term Care Pharmacy operating 25 pharmacies servicing more than 20 different States.
Doris began working in long-term care initially as a Nursing Assistant when she was 16 years old. She then became a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked in various settings, including Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, and Rehabilitation Hospitals. She proudly continues to maintain that licensure in multiple States. In 1996, Doris began her journey into the pharmacy world, working her way into a General Manager position for a combo Home Infusion Pharmacy and Long-Term Care Pharmacy located in Colorado. Her role has evolved into that of a Compliance and Customer Care expert, a position she has held at Pharmcare USA since 2009. In 2007-08, Doris was certified as a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) instructor in Colorado and has consulted with other nurses over the years on developing curriculum related to this area. In 2018, Doris became certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and, in 2023, achieved her certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) through the Healthcare Compliance Association. This, along with her nursing background, has paved the road for developing and implementing successful compliance programs for the 25 pharmacy locations she works with.
