Daniel Waddell hopes to bring nearly two decades of experience in skilled nursing to the Board of Directors of the Arizona Health Care Association. He began his healthcare career in 2006 in accounting, building a strong foundation in healthcare finance before transitioning into operations and serving eight years as a Nursing Home Administrator. This combination of financial and operational leadership has given him a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing long-term care providers today.
Currently serving as Director of Operational Finance for Haven Health Group, Daniel partners closely with facility leadership teams to support operational performance, financial sustainability, and quality resident care. Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical industry insight, he is passionate about advancing the skilled nursing profession and strengthening healthcare services across Arizona.
