Brett’s healthcare career began in 2001 as an operational analyst for a skilled nursing management company. He progressed from an analyst, to HR manager, biller and later spent time as a regional manager overseeing day to day financial operations of 14 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Minnesota and Kansas.
In 2007 Brett left his position as regional manager and founded Meridian Rehab Services Corp., a rehab therapy provider specializing in geriatric therapy. For five years, he oversaw all financial and clinical operations as well as all growth associated with Meridian. At its peak, Meridian serviced 31 Skilled Nursing Facilities and owned three outpatient clinics. In 2013, Brett had the opportunity to return to Skilled Nursing and organized the acquisition of six Skilled Nursing Facilities in Arizona. He currently serves as the CEO and President of Haven Health Group and its subsidiaries overseeing all day to day functions as well as negotiating and structuring all future acquisitions. Haven owns and operates 20 SNF’s and three assisted livings.
Brett graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Business Management and in his free time enjoys the outdoors with his wife and three children.
