Ami is a distinguished, Certified and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and an Assisted Living Manager. Ami has been in Arizona Skilled Nursing and senior care services since 1991. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has served in various Arizona healthcare settings over the past 30 plus years. She has invaluable experience which includes achieving multiple deficiency free surveys, multisite supervision, ACO and value-based partnership, home health, skilled nursing, assisted living, for-profit, not-for-profit, memory care, and CCRC environments; all with consistent award winning outcomes.
Her specialty is turning struggling networks/Communities into premier providers through creating self-managed, high performing teams. Ami has been recognized for two years in a row by the prestigious “Top 50 Women We Admire in Arizona” for her consistent service and contributions in the senior healthcare setting, and was awarded the highest level of achievement the “HERO” award by her Company in 2023. And Ami was recognized as the “NCAL Leader of the Year” in 2024.
She participates in multiple efforts with AHCA and serves on the Advisory Council for the newest Medicaid provider in Arizona; Centene, Arizona Complete Health. Her depth of experience and tenure in this profession allows her to successfully develop and mentor newly identified talent and aspiring Executive Directors.
She is, and has been, a true champion of transformational leadership. Ami has three children Alec, Zachary and Alyssa and is proud to contribute to the Senior Living healthcare community.
