AHCA 2012 Annual Conference and Trade Show

The Arizona Health Care Association's Annual Conference & Trade Show will be held Tuesday through Thursday, August 21 -23, 2012, with the trade show on the 21st and 22nd , at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale. This conference will attract about 350 attendees, including long term care leaders, plus 95 exhibitors.

New this year, VIP booths at the annual conference: exhibitors have an opportunity to get a booth next to the registration tables on August 21st and 22nd , 2012, which will allow increased exposure to conference attendees during registration, breaks, meals, and the scheduled trade show hours. Please note these booths have more hours of exposure and require different staffing hours than the traditional booth. There are only five booths available, so sign up early.

We are thrilled to offer special rates to our Business Affiliate members. Please review the materials on these conference pages for specific information. Additionally, if you register online, you can choose your booth location. This feature is only available through online registration and is not available if you register by mail or fax. If you choose not to register online, trade show space will be assigned as contracts and payment are received.
