2003 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Arizona Health Care Association, and this year’s Annual Conference “Celebrating The Past, Embracing The Future” promises to be exceptional. The Conference begins on Tuesday with an afternoon devoted to an overview of a long term care legal deposition focusing on the importance of documentation. Wednesday begins with yet another superb presentation by national celebrity Robert Van Arlen who moved us last year with his musical message. The remainder of the day includes six different breakout sessions in the morning and six in the afternoon. We conclude the day with the AHCA membership meeting, and our 4th Annual Silent Auction in the evening. Thursday will begin with a plenary session by an outstanding national speaker, Dr. Reed Tuckson followed by two sessions of six breakouts, and ending with the annual Awards Luncheon. AHCA sponsors and exhibitors will complement the program with information on products and services critical to success in the long term care and assisted living center profession. Conference 2003 … a time to celebrate the past 50 years and embrace the next 50.
